Summer Lifting for JHMS Athletes

All JHMS athletes are encouraged to participate in the Bronc Strength program during the summer. Use the attached Bronc Strength link to access training times for the summer session.

These strength training sessions are specifically designed for the young bodies of middle school athletes. Athletes are supervised and coached by world class strength trainers and JHHS coaches! This is an incredible program, please make sure your football player attends these sessions. This is the building block of a successful football program!
